If you install a 3rd party theme like Project or Goggles, unzip this file into /administrator/components/com_projectfork/sections/config/output/

My install of 2.1 RC2 contains a version of this file that is 4 days newer than the date on this one. Can I ignore this? Problem I am having is that I have removed everything from the sidebar (which plasters itself on top of the main panels to the right) and I am using the Project Fork template and the project fork theme and I CANNOT get that stupid sidebar to collapse.

Have you gone into Config > Themes, and edited the Project theme and turned the sidebar off?
